  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, customer code, and login information.
  • Shipping and package information such as tracking numbers, prealerts, invoices, payments, pickup users, and delivery requests.
  • Support messages, uploaded documents, package invoice files, and customer communications.
  • Device push tokens and notification preferences used to send account, package, billing, support, and delivery alerts.
  • Device, usage, log, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the platform.
  • Location information only when you choose to add a delivery GPS pin or open a map-related feature.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, resolve courier tenants, track packages, process requests, show invoices and payments, support deliveries, send notifications, respond to support tickets, protect the platform, and improve product reliability.

4. Sharing Information

Information may be shared with the courier company connected to your account, service providers that help operate Shiptriva, payment and communication providers, and authorities when required by law or necessary to protect users, the platform, or courier operations.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Data is retained as needed to provide services, meet operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes, support audits, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security.

6. Your Choices

You may update account information through the customer portal or mobile app where available. You may delete your customer account from the account screen or by visiting shiptriva.com/account-deletion. Deletion removes your login, app access, saved device push tokens, uploaded customer documents, pickup users, and customer notifications.

Shipment, invoice, payment, delivery, support, audit, fraud-prevention, and compliance records may be retained where needed for courier operations, billing, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, or fraud prevention. You may also contact your courier company or Shiptriva to request help with access, correction, or account-related privacy questions.

7. Play Data Safety Categories

Depending on how your courier account is used, Shiptriva may process personal information, financial information, photos or files you upload, approximate or precise location you choose to share for delivery, app activity, app information and performance, device identifiers, and support communications. These data types are used for account management, courier operations, payments, delivery, notifications, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and support.

8. Children

Shiptriva is intended for courier customers and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
