By accessing Shiptriva websites, portals, or mobile applications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use Shiptriva through a courier company, that company may also apply its own service terms, shipping rules, fees, and operating policies.

2. Platform Services

Shiptriva provides software tools for courier operations, including customer accounts, package tracking, prealerts, invoices, payments, delivery requests, notifications, and support workflows. Shiptriva is a technology platform and may not be the courier, carrier, warehouse, customs broker, or payment processor for every transaction.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and shipment information.
  • Keep login credentials secure and notify support about unauthorized use.
  • Follow applicable courier, customs, prohibited item, and payment requirements.
  • Review package, invoice, and delivery information before submitting requests.

4. Packages, Deliveries, and Fees

Package statuses, estimated dates, delivery availability, fees, and service options are provided from the relevant courier company and may change based on operations, customs, weather, payment status, address accuracy, or other conditions outside Shiptriva's control.

5. Payments and Account Activity

You are responsible for charges shown by your courier company, including package fees, delivery fees, customs-related charges, service fees, and outstanding balances. Payment availability and refund handling may depend on the courier company and its payment providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, submit fraudulent information, upload harmful files, or use Shiptriva for unlawful shipments or prohibited items.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep Shiptriva reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, interfaces, integrations, and policies may be updated to improve security, operations, compliance, or product quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Shiptriva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, courier delays, third-party services, inaccurate information, or events outside our reasonable control.
